Rules:

2) Play Halo often. Our general rule is to play at least a couple games in a time span of two weeks. This is a constant measurement of commitment to the Company! As we reach maximum capacity, members who have gone the longest without playing will be discharged to make room for new active players. You may also be discharged if you grown stagnant for long period of time. We encourage those who are removed to join the reserve company, The More Deluded.
3) Don't have thin skin. Try to have fun, and know when to get serious in games.
4) Having, and participating on Discord is a requirement of our company, It is a great way to get to know your fellow company members and to find others in game that you can team up with. It is a good idea to join discord after you place your application for consideration.
5) Play with other members of the Company! This is not an Achilles grind company! We are here because we want people to play Halo with. Time zones dictate playtime, however, try your best to play with the main body when feasible.
6) You must have a mic. If you do not have a mic, you must use some alternate method to communicate in game, whether it be the Xbox app, headphones, or Kinect.

New Playtime requirement for BFAF:

You must play at least one game of Halo 5 in a 14-day period. We will discharge people for non-compliance (you will receive minimal warnings). Your requirement to play at least 1 game in a 14-day period will no longer be taken lightly; 12 minutes in a week (10,080 minutes in a week) is approximately 1/10th of a percent. Simply put, it’s not asking a lot. If you cannot play once a week, submit a trouble ticket on Discord to Company leadership OR join The More Deluded to keep a “reserved” spot when Infinite is released. The More Deluded does NOT have any playtime requirements. Those of you that are found to only play once in a two-week period repeatedly may be considered for termination as well. This Company was founded on the ideal of community growth (a community of people to play Halo with & to have FUN!) and NOT to grind for Achilles Armor. If you are here for an Armor set, please leave now! I will discover you prior to unlocking the armor (helmet) and will discharge all those who are suspected when we reach 99% completion. Finally, I would like to say Thank You to all the faithful members of this Company. Without you, this company is nothing. Halo 5 continues to grow more toxic as the population of the game decreases, and those of you that play regularly with others is greatly appreciated. I know that we will role into the new Halo title strong and prepared to win games! I will be hosting game nights on Friday evenings starting on 9/10/2021. I encourage everyone to get online when they can so we can play Warzone games with full teams and put our strategies to use.
